New Omni Bank, N.A. (“Omni”) is dedicated to providing you with a safe, secure, and protected Online Banking environment. Our ImageKey security feature is an additional level of identity verification for logging in to Online Banking.

All Online Banking customers are required to create a personalized ImageKey. ImageKey prevents unauthorized access to your accounts and provides greater levels of protection against fraudulent attacks such as phishing, spoofing, key logging, and identity theft. You will be prompted to do so before you can login to Online Banking.

Your ImageKey consists of 3 parts:

  • A unique image you choose,
  • Your image title – the unique personal description or phrase you create to accompany your ImageKey, and
  • 3 challenge questions only you know the answers to – we will ask them if you don’t sign in from the computer you told us to recognize.

ImageKey protects you from identity theft and fraud in the following ways:

  • You know it is really us – when you see your ImageKey, you can be certain you are at the valid Online Banking Website at New Omni, and not a fraudulent look-alike site. Only enter your Password when you see the ImageKey and image title you selected.
  • We know it is really you – we display your ImageKey when we recognize you as the true owner of your account. We have the ability to recognize the computer or computers from which you have registered with us.
  • If you do not sign in from the computer you told us to recognize or if you login from a computer we do not recognize, we will not display your ImageKey right away. First we will ask one of your challenge questions. When you answer correctly, we will show you your ImageKey. Only enter your Password when you see the ImageKey and image title you selected.


Step 1: Login using your Access ID.

Step 2: Select an image (picture) from the image library.

Step 3: Create a personal title/description to the image.

Step 4: Select your challenge questions and provide your answers.

Step 5: Select whether to register this computer. (Note: Only register personal computers that you frequently use and are not available for public use.)

Step 6: Select NEXT.

The next time you log onto our Online Banking service New Omni will recognize you and display the image and personal description you selected. Note: (i) If we don’t recognize the computer you are using to login, we will ask you to answer one of the security questions you created. (ii) If you don’t see the ImageKey or image title you selected, do not enter your password, exit the site and contact us immediately.
